Social Media Management Agreement

This Social Media Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Media Design (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Client”). By subscribing to one of our social media management packages, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

• Social media setup & optimisation
• Monthly content calendar
• Professionally designed posts & branded graphics
• Short-form videos/Reels
• Hashtag strategy & SEO optimisation
• Monthly performance reports

2. Term

The Agreement begins on the date of subscription and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. A minimum 3-month engagement is recommended for effective results.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees are charged monthly according to the selected package.
• All payments are due in advance of the service period.
• Advertising spend is billed separately.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide branding assets promptly.
• Respond to approval requests quickly.
• Ensure provided materials do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information and strategies confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

• Media Design retains ownership until payment is complete.
• Upon full payment, Client may use content for business purposes.
• Media Design may showcase work with Client approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Media Design is not responsible for revenue loss, third-party platform issues, or business outcomes arising from social media performance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Services already rendered are non-refundable.

9. Acceptance

By subscribing and providing payment, the Client confirms agreement to this document.
